At Analog Humanz, every item is made especially for you. Because our products are created on demand, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color choice, or change of mind.
We know this isn’t always ideal, so we want to be as clear and fair as possible before you place an order.
Made-to-Order Items
All Analog Humanz merchandise is produced only after an order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique designs, but it also means:
- All sales are final
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or personal preference
Please double-check product descriptions, size charts, and order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to offer a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
